## 1) About Us
These Terms govern your use of **CaseAtmos.com** (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the purchase/use of our digital products (“Products”).

## 2) Definitions
* **Product**: Any digital audio pack we sell (e.g., ZIP containing MP3/FLAC and related files).
* **Preview**: A short, watermarked audio sample provided for evaluation.
* **You / Customer**: The person or entity purchasing or using the Product.
## 3) Accounts, Checkout, and Access
You may need an account to access downloads. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. We may suspend access if we detect abuse or unauthorized distribution.
## 4) License Grant (What You May Do)
Upon purchase, we grant you a **non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual** license to use the Product in your projects, including commercial projects, such as:
* YouTube videos, podcasts, films, documentaries, games, ads, client work
* Unlimited end-products/projects (unless stated otherwise on the product page)
You may edit, cut, loop, and mix the audio into your projects.
## 5) Restrictions (What You May NOT Do)
You may not:
* Resell, share, give away, sublicense, or redistribute the Product (or the files) as standalone audio, or as part of any library, bundle, template, or marketplace listing
* Upload the Product to content libraries, stock sites, “free download” sites, torrent sites, or similar
* Claim authorship/ownership of the Product itself or register it in a way that prevents other licensed customers from using their purchases
## 6) Ownership
All Products and previews remain our intellectual property. You receive a **license** (permission to use), not ownership.
## 7) Delivery
Products are delivered digitally via download links available in your account and/or order confirmation.
## 8) No Refunds for Digital Downloads
Because Products are **digital content**, refunds are generally not available **once download/access has started**. If a file is defective/corrupt, we will provide a working replacement link/file.
Recommended checkout wording:
> “I consent to immediate access to digital downloads and acknowledge that I will lose my right to cancel once the download/access begins.”
## 9) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.
## 10) Termination
If you breach these Terms, your license may be terminated and access may be revoked without refund.
