## 3) Accounts, Checkout, and Access<\/p>\n
You may need an account to access downloads. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. We may suspend access if we detect abuse or unauthorized distribution.<\/p>\n
## 4) License Grant (What You May Do)<\/p>\n

## 6) Ownership<\/p>\n
All Products and previews remain our intellectual property. You receive a **license** (permission to use), not ownership.<\/p>\n
## 7) Delivery<\/p>\n
Products are delivered digitally via download links available in your account and\/or order confirmation.<\/p>\n
## 8) No Refunds for Digital Downloads<\/p>\n
Because Products are **digital content**, refunds are generally not available **once download\/access has started**. If a file is defective\/corrupt, we will provide a working replacement link\/file.<\/p>\n
